Experienced business & IT consultants aiming to be engaged on interesting client engagements should register and monitor the opportunities are they get published. |

| There are a number of qualified professionals that are eagerly awaiting suitable opportunities in the market. However, the clients require specific unique capabilities and experience. Hence, through a structured & continuous evaluation process (during registration, at the end of every project and periodic performance reviews), we assess the performance of our starlancers and make the assessment details available to the clients for their review while making their right choice. |
| 3. How are the starlancers' organized? |
| The starlancer's are classified on the following 3 important criteria
Dimension 1: Competency profile (more than 20+ competencies in IT consulting, IT risk, Business consulting and Business risk)
Dimension 2: Industry expertise (banking, telecom, government, oil & gas, manufacturing, trading, non-profit sector, service, technology and utilities)
Dimension 3: Function (Specific areas of expertise within the industry-competency profile)
The above dimensions play a pivotal role in organizing our experts database as well client opportunities. |
| 4. If I am a starlancer, how do I get engaged by a client or opportunity? |
| The process follows a simple logic. The clients will search suitable profiles (based on the dimensions). If your profile is found suitable, they will request for a discussion with you (through the starlancer admin). Upon successful completion of the discussion, the client will engage you through us. The terms of the engagement could vary based on client to client. |

| At starlancers.com, we have our back office team that continuously monitors the demand and supply side. We actively interact with starlancers and the clients to provide them with best options/choices. |
